On the 23rd & 24th May, we are opening our doors to interested parties to either take part in a taster session, watch some demonstrations, or even to just drop by for a chat about the different watersports on offer in Malahide...
TASTER SESSIONS: Why not try a 2 hour session in Powerboating, Cruiser Sailing, Keelboat Sailing, Dinghy Sailing or Windsurfing. The cost is just €30pp. Discounts available for multiple sessions, or family groups.
DEMONSTRATIONS: Come by and see the sea scouts demonstrate Kayaking, Swimming, Dinghy Racing and more. Or why not just drop-in for a chat with Malahide Yacht Club members at St. James Tce or at the Broadmeadows facility?

PWC Instructor Training Course
The first instructor training course in the ISA's new PWC training scheme will take place in DMG Sailsports over 2 weekends March 21st - 22nd & 28th - 29th. The course will be run using the new fleet of ISA personal watercraft.In order to be eligible for the course candidates must have the following pre-requisites; Pre-entry assessment, National Powerboat Certificate, Emergency Care certificate and VHF radio operators licence.

Special Powerboat Offer to Full Time Students
During the Easter holidays a special offer of €240pp (€100 discount - normally €340pp) to full time students. Valid student identification required for offer to apply. Mid-week dates only available: Mon & Tues April 13+14 OR Weds & Thurs April 15+16.Places are limited to 6 per course so early booking is advised.

Please note, under Irish law it is illegal for anyone under the age of sixteen to operate a powerboat that is capable of 17 knots or more.
